As a result of these final negative determinations, these AD and CV duty investigations will end, liquidation will be reinstated, and any AD/CV cash deposits and bonds will be refunded or released.

The ITC's negative determinations are due to its finding that a U.S. industry is neither materially injured nor threatened with material injury by reason of subject imports.

(The fact that the International Trade Administration found AD/CV margins ranging from 1.46% to 99.65% are irrelevant to the ITC's injury determination process.)
