CV: China Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires

The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain new pneumatic off-the-road (OTR) tires from China.

Suspension of liquidation. The ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of OTR tires from China with a time of entry on or after December 17, 2007.

CV cash deposit/bond. The ITA will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or bond for entries of subject merchandise at the CV rates listed below with a time of entry on or after December 17, 2007, for the following exporters/manufacturers:
