AD/CV: Indonesia Coated Free Sheet Paper

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection administrative messages, the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of coated free sheet paper from Indonesia have been terminated, pursuant to the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determinations.

Discontinued Suspension of Liquidation, Deposits Refunded, Bonds Released

According to CBP's administrative messages, field offices are being instructed to discontinue suspension of liquidation of all shipments of subject merchandise from Indonesia with a time of entry on or after June 4, 2007.

CBP's messages add that all estimated AD and CV duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise from Indonesia shall be refunded and the bonds or other security released at the time of liquidation.

In addition, CBP states that the interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930 do not apply.
