Additional Time Requested Due to Complexity, Etc.

The ITA states that the petitioner requested postponement of the preliminary determination because of the complexity of the case, the ITA's unfamiliarity with the industry, and the difficult time schedule ahead.

Therefore, for the reasons identified above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by fifty days to April 21, 2008.

The ITA states that the deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
