CV: China and Korea Coated Free Sheet Paper
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection administrative messages, the countervailing duty investigations of coated free sheet paper from China and Korea have been terminated, pursuant to the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determinations.

Discontinued Suspension of Liquidation, Deposits Refunded, Bonds Released
CBP's administrative messages state that field offices are being instructed to discontinue suspension of liquidation of all shipments of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after April 9, 2007, and to discontinue suspension of liquidation of all shipments of subject merchandise from Korea with a time of entry on or after October 25, 2007.
CBP's messages add that all estimated CV duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise from China or Korea shall be refunded and the bonds or other security released at the time of liquidation.
In addition, CBP states that the interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930 do not apply.
