AD/CV Orders Revoked Effective November 8, 2007

The ITA is revoking these AD and CV orders effective November 8, 2007. The ITA finds that no domestic interested party is participating in these sunset reviews as the domestic interested party has withdrawn its notices of intent to participate and its substantive responses in these sunset reviews.

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate the suspension of liquidation of the merchandise subject to this order with a time of entry on or after November 8, 2007. Entries of subject merchandise prior to November 8, 2007 will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD and CV duty deposit requirements.

The ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of these orders and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to November 8, 2007 in response to appropriately filed requests for review.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the orders, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 10/02/07 news, 07100235, for BP summary of the initiation of the five-year sunset reviews of these AD and CV duty orders.)
