The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the countervailing duty administrative review of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from India for the period of January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/05 - 12/31/05)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after February 11, 2008 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Garware and MTZ with a time of entry during the review period, at 10.37% and 33.94%, respectively, ad valorem of the entered value.

For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed CBP to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry, for entries during the review period.
