Based on its analysis of the comments regarding ministerial error allegations from respondent MTZ Polyfilms, Ltd., the ITA has revised the CV duty rate for MTZ.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/05 - 12/31/05)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after March 21, 2008 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by MTZ with a time of entry during the review period, at 31.25% ad valorem.
