U.S. Customs and Border Protection has posted an updated Excel workbook containing historical and the 2008 fill rate for the tariff rate quota for certain tuna/skipjack. CBP El Paso ensures Mother's Day plants, flowers are pest free. CBP El Paso reports that agriculture specialists working at U.S. ports of entry are busy making sure that flower imports are free from insects, pests and diseases that could harm the agricultural and floral industries of the U.S. The Mexican Mother's Day observance is May 10, 2008, and U.S. observance is May 11, 2008. May 2008 UN/EDIFACT Implementation Guide for airlines. CBP posted a May 2008 version of its UN/EDIFACT Implementation Guide for airlines, which includes the latest UN/EDIFACT guidelines that must be followed in order to comply with the recently published Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) Pre-Departure final rule, as well as a guide to the recently published TSA Secure Flight notice of proposed rule making. The antidumping and countervailing messages U.S. Customs Border and Protection issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
