AD: China and Canada Citric Acid/Certain Citrate Salts, China and Korea Certain Carbon Steel Line Pipe

Petitioners Request Postponement of Preliminary Determinations
The ITA states that for each of the investigations, the petitioners timely requested postponement of the preliminary determinations. Thus, the preliminary determinations for citric acid and certain citrate salts from China and Canada are now due by November 12, 2008. The preliminary determinations for certain circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe from China and Korea are now due by October 30, 2008.
