1The ITA has preliminarily determined to treat Hi-King and its affiliated producers Yancheng Seastar Seafood Co., Ltd.; Yancheng Hi-King Frozen Food Co., Ltd.; and Jiangxi Hi-King Poyang Lake Seafood Co., Ltd. as a single entity for AD duty purposes.

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of October 6, 2008.
