The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the countervailing duty administrative review of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from India for the period of January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.

For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry for entries during the review period.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/06 - 12/31/06)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP 15 days after December 12, 2008 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by MTZ with a time of entry during the review period at 65.59% ad valorem of the entered value.
