2. CBP Posts Updated Version of User Fee Decals and Transponders Notice
CBP has posted an updated version of its user fee decals and transponders notice. The updated version provides a new fax number for faxing applications. The new number is (317) 290-3219. 3. CBP Message on Delay of Trade Action in EU Beef Hormones Dispute
CBP has issued a CSMS message on the U.S. Trade Representative's recent notice on the partial delay to its modifications to the list of European Union products and countries subject to increased duty rates in connection with the World Trade Organization's dispute settlement rulings in the EU beef hormone dispute. 4. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its tariff rate quota/tariff preference level "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - quotas that are at least 85% filled and quotas that are closed. 6. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
