CBP has posted instructions related to preparing and sending the mandatory Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) to CBP. In accordance with implementation of the CBP Information Systems Security Policy, all participants that transmit electronic data directly to the Automated Export System (AES) or Automated Commercial System (ACS) are required to have a signed ISA on file with CBP. The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
