2. OASIS Scheduled to be Down on Morning of November 21st

CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that FDA's OASIS import system is scheduled to be down for maintenance on Saturday, November 21, 2009 starting at approximately 1:00 a.m. and is not anticipated to be back up until 4:30 a.m. (CSMS 09-000355, dated 11/19/09, available at http://apps.cbp.gov/csms/viewmssg.asp?Recid=17746&page=&srch_argv=09-000355&srchtype=all&btype=&sortby=&sby)

3. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List

CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 4. 2010 TRQ on Dried Milk and Dried Cream (Ag License) Opens January 4th

CBP has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2010 TRQ for dried milk and dried cream provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 8 will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with a low-duty quantity of 3,321,300 kg.

Imports described in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 8 are subject to agriculture licensing. 5. 2010 TRQ on Dried Milk and Dried Cream (No License) Opens January 4th

CBP has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2010 TRQ for dried milk and dried cream provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 9 will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with a low-duty quantity of 99,500 kg.

6. 2010 TRQ for Butter Substitutes Opens January 4th

CBP has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2010 TRQ for butter substitutes provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 14 will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with a low-duty quantity of 6,080,500 kg.
