1. CBP Posts Updated ACE Entry Summary Instructions
2. CBP Posts CATAIR Amendment 48
CBP has posted Amendment 48 to the Customs and Trade Automated Interface Requirements document. Changes were made to the following chapters and appendix: Cargo/Manifest Status Query, Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and Appendix A. 3. CBP's Weekly TRQ/TPL Commodity Report as of April 5
CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota (TRQ) and tariff preference level (TPL) commodity report as of April 5, 2010. This report includes TRQs on various products such as beef, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa products, tobacco, certain BFTA, DR-CAFTA, Israel FTA, JFTA, MFTA, OFTA, SFTA, UAFTA (AFTA) and UCFTA (Chile FTA) non-textile TRQs, etc. Each report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, BFTA, DR-CAFTA, CBTPA, Haitian HOPE, MFTA, NAFTA, OFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA TPLs and TRQs for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (Weekly commodity report, posted 04/05/10, available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/trade_programs/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/cr_04052010.ctt/cr_04052010.pdf)
4. CBP Updates its TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the inquota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 5. Updated CF 1400, CF 1401 Reports
CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances. 6. CBP Posts Updated Public ACS FIRMS Report
CBP has posted an updated version of its Public Automated Commercial System FIRMS (Facilities Information and Resources Management Systems) report that is organized by port code and alphabetically by company name. 7. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
