1. CBP Corrects Problem with Entry Summary Counts in Some Quick View Reports

CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that it has corrected a problem where the number of entry summaries was correct when running the filer Activity Summary -- Top 5 HTS Number report, but for all other Quick View reports for filers and importers, the number of entry summaries was potentially overstated when the report was run. 2. CBP Informs Trade of Delay in Selectivity Results Messages
CBP issued a CSMS message on April 12, 2010 informing the trade that it is aware of a delay in the generation of cargo selectivity processing results. CBP's Data Center is working on correcting the problem and CBP asks filers not to re-transmit entries again at this time. 3. CBP Posts Minutes from Recent COAC ISF Subcommittee Meetings

4. CBP's Weekly TRQ/TPL Commodity Report as of April 12
CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota (TRQ) and tariff preference level (TPL) commodity report as of April 12, 2010. This report includes TRQs on various products such as beef, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa products, tobacco, certain BFTA, DR-CAFTA, Israel FTA, JFTA, MFTA, OFTA, SFTA, UAFTA (AFTA) and UCFTA (Chile FTA) non-textile TRQs, etc. Each report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, BFTA, DR-CAFTA, CBTPA, Haitian HOPE, MFTA, NAFTA, OFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA TPLs and TRQs for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (Weekly commodity report, posted 04/12/10, available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/trade_programs/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/cr_04122010.ctt/cr_04122010.pdf)
5. CBP Posts Updated CF 1400, CF 1401 Reports
CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/cargo_security/carriers/cf1400.ctt/cf1400.pdf and http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/cargo_security/carriers/cf1401.ctt/cf1401.pdf)(Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances. 6. CBP Posts Updated Public ACS FIRMS Report
CBP has posted an updated version of its Public Automated Commercial System FIRMS (Facilities Information and Resources Management Systems) report that is organized by port code and alphabetically by company name. 7. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
