China Drill Pipe: Postponement of Preliminary AD Duty Determination
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice that it is postponing the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of drill pipe from China.

ITA Postpones Preliminary AD Determination to August 5
The ITA petitioners in this investigation made a timely request for a 50-day postponement of the preliminary determination in order to allow more time to collect and analyze information for the preliminary determination.
For the reasons identified by petitioners, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to August 5, 2010.
The deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
