Assessment Instructions
The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after July 26, 2010 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Tata with a time of entry during the review period, at the CV duty rate listed above.
For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA will instruct CBP to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry during the review period.
