Turkey Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe: Final Results of CV Duty Administrative Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review of certain welded carbon steel standard pipe from Turkey for the period of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

CV Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 07/29/10:

1The ITA has found de minimis CV duty rates for Borusan and Toscelik, therefore, no cash deposit is required; however, they remain subject to the order.
For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to collect cash deposits at the most recent company-specific or country-wide rate applicable to the company.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after July 29, 2010 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Borusan and Toscelik with a time of entry during the review period, without regard to CV duties.
