ITA Corrects “All Others” AD Duty Rate in Cash Deposit Instructions
In its original final results of administrative review, the ITA stated in its “Cash Deposit Requirements” that if neither the exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm covered by this review, a prior review, or the AD investigation, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the "all-others" rate established in the AD investigation.
The ITA states that it inadvertently listed the “all others” rate as 9.86% and that the correct “all others” rate is 8.54%.
The ITA intends to issue revised cash deposit instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for entries made during the period of review of May 1, 2007, through April 30, 2008, which includes the corrected “all others” rate of 8.54%.
(The AD duty rate for ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium (AMS Belgium) is unchanged at 6.57%.
