2The ITA has preliminarily found a zero AD duty rate for LXFI; however, it may remain subject to the order if finalized.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results of the new shipper review for China are currently due within 90 days of August 5, 2010, and the final results of the administrative review for Mexico are currently due within 120 days of August 9, 2010.
