China and Taiwan Woven Ribbons: AD/CV Orders to be Issued

The International Trade Commission has announced that antidumping and countervailing duty orders will be issued on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China, and an AD duty order will be issued on subject ribbons from Taiwan, pursuant to its final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations.

The ITC has determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of subject ribbons that the International Trade Administration has determined are subsidized from China, and are sold at less than fair value from China and Taiwan.
