CBP Forms 28, 29, and 4647 Now Posting to Importer’s Task List

Effective August 30, 2010, CBP Form 28 (Request for Information), CBP Form 29 (Notice of Action), and CBP Form 4647 (Notice to Mark/Notice to Re-Deliver) created in ACE by CBP for ACS entry summaries should be posted to the “Task List” in the importer’s ACE account portal so that they can review and take action on the forms.

Importers Can Run Forms Status Report to View All Forms CBP Issued

CBP notes that importers can also run ESM 7025 (CBP Form 28, 29, 4647 Status Report) to view all electronic forms that have been issued for an importer of record number(s).

(See ITT’s Online Archives or 04/06/10 news, 10040610, for BP summary announcing the problem with the forms not posting.)
