CPSC Delays Vote on CPSIA Definition of Children's Products to Sept 29

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has again postponed its vote on a final rule interpreting the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 definition of children's products. The vote is now scheduled for September 29, 2010, instead of September 22, 2010.
