Summary of AESTIR Changes for September 17
CBP has posted a summary of changes to the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR) that is effective September 17, 2010. The following changes were made to Appendices D (Export Port Codes) and E (Commodity Filing Information Codes and Reporting Guidelines):

The following Export Port Codes were added to the Education Region of the AES Mainframe:
- 2792
- 3883
- 1889
- 2383
- 1681
The following Export Port Codes were deactivated in the Education and Foreign Port Region of the AES Mainframe:
- 3481
- 3614
- 4181
- 4503
Appendix E
The following 15 CFR references have been updated:
- GS -- added 15 CFR 30.40, deleted 15 CFR 30.53
- MS - added 15 CFR 30.39, deleted 15 CFR 30.52
