CBP has posted a PowerPoint presentation providing step-by-step instructions for attaching an ABI QP in-bond entry to an ACE Portal truck manifest. CBP also issued a CSMS message announcing the availability of the instructions. (CSMS #10-000237, dated 10/07/10)
