CBP has issued a CSMS message reminding trade partners requiring technical assistance, from other than their CBP assigned ABI Client Rep or Account Manager, to contact the CBP Technology Service Desk for direct assistance or to obtain a ticket number.

The CBP Technology Service desk can be reached at 1-866-530-4172, 1-703-453-2000 or CBP.TECHNOLOGY.SERVICE.DESK@CBP.DHS.GOV. Any issue that is not immediately resolved will be assigned to the appropriate group for resolution.
