- Canada-Israel FTA. The Canadian government announced that exploratory talks to expand the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement occurred in Israel over October 9-10, 2010 with Peter Van Loan, Minister of International Trade.
- Sugar-containing products. DFAIT announced the 2010/11 sugar-containing products quota holders list.
- Decorative bows. CBSA considers whether decorative bows for gift wrapping are properly classified under tariff item No. 3926.90.90 as other articles of plastics, or should be classified under tariff item No. 9505.90.00 as festive articles.
- Petroleum products. CBSA considers whether the value of petroleum products, including gasoline, ethanol, premium gasoline, home heating fuel, jet fuel, naphtha and kerosene should be calculated using the transaction value method, or whether the transaction value of identical goods or the residual value method should be applied.
- China welded pipe. CBSA notice of re-investigation of certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China in order to update the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy.
