The following is a list of current U.S trade preference programs, as well as a list of current free trade agreements.1 Any expiration dates are noted.

Current Trade Preference Programs

The U.S. has a number of trade preference programs for imported products, most of which are described by General Note in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). Several of these programs (listed in the first table) have scheduled expiration dates, as noted below:
