  • AD order on peppers. The CITT found that the dumping of greenhouse bell peppers from the Netherlands had not caused injury but was threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. Antidumping duties will therefore be collected by CBSA.
  • Firearms. DFAIT announced that the Proposed Order to Amend the Automatic Firearms Country Control List was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I. (Certain prohibited firearms, prohibited weapons, and prohibited devices may be exported from Canada only to countries included on the AFCCL.)
