  • Bell peppers. The CITT found threat of injury for the final dumping (AD) determination regarding hothouse green peppers from the Netherlands .
  • Classification of ship. CBSA will hold a hearing on November 25, 2010 on whether a CBSA letter on the classification of the ship Anna Desgagnés (8901.90.90 or 9814.00.00) is subject to appeal. (9814.00.00 is for goods including containers or coverings filled or empty, which have once been released and accounted for, if the goods are returned without having been advanced in value or improved in condition by any process of manufacture or other means, or combined with any other article abroad.)
  • Classification of textile straps. CBSA will hold a hearing on November 30, 2010 on whether Cargo Mate 15 in. emergency tow straps are properly classified under 6307.90.99 as other made up articles of textile materials, or under 8708.99.99 as other parts and accessories of the motor vehicles of heading Nos. 87.01 to 87.05
  • Classification of Gerber® yogurt. CBSA will hold a hearing on December 2, 2010 on whether Gerber® Graduates® yogurt melts™ are properly classified under 0403.90.91 (within access commitment) or 0403.90.92 (over access commitment) as other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa, 1901.10.20 as food preparations of goods of heading 04.01 to 04.04, for infant use, put up for retail sale, not containing cocoa or containing less than 5 percent by weight of cocoa calculated on a totally defatted basis and containing more than 10 percent on a dry weight basis of milk solids, not elsewhere specified or included, or, in the alternative, under 1901.90.39 as other food preparations of goods of heading 04.01 to 04.04, not containing cocoa or containing less than 5 percent by weight of cocoa calculated on a totally defatted basis and containing more than 10 percent but less than 50 percent on a dry weight basis of milk solids, not elsewhere specified or included.
  • Chicken and turkey. DFAIT has issued replacement notices on “Chicken and Chicken Products and Turkey and Turkey Products.
