2011 TRQ on Dried Milk and Dried Cream (Ag License) Opens January 3

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2011 tariff rate quota for dried milk and dried cream provided for in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 8 will open on January 3, 2011 with a low-duty quantity of 3,321,300 kg.

Imports described in HTS Chapter 4, Additional U.S. Note 8 are subject to agriculture licensing.
