Reminder on Reporting FTZ Overages
CBP has issued a CSMS message to remind all Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) e214 filers to send Admission Type O for all overage reporting. Furthermore, overages should not be included in Regular Type A Admissions.

Type O Admissions do not contain essential data elements necessary to process a Concurrence. Including an Overage in a Regular Admission does not allow the Concurrence of the Regular Admission to process correctly.
