- Camp stove recall. Health Canada, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, have announced a joint recall of Optimus Nova and Optimus Nova+ Camping Stoves and Equipment.
- Drop side crib recall. Health Canada has announced the recall of certain Bassettbaby drop-side cribs with external plastic hardware.
- Novel food approval. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Health Canada (HC) have received a submission from BASF Canada seeking an approval for unconfined environmental release and livestock feed and food use for herbicide-tolerant Brassica napus.
