The Daily Statement chapter is amended as follows:
- Figure 1 -- Made edits to Detail Daily Statement Report.
- Record Identifier Q2 (Output) -- Added new data element “Invoice Required Indicator” in position 77.
Appendix A is amended as follows:
- New data element added.
