  • AD/CV re-investigation of copper pipe fittings. CBSA has initiated a re-investigation of the normal values and export prices of certain copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from the USA, the Republic of Korea and the People's Republic of China and the amounts of subsidy of the same products originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.
  • Barberry approved nurseries. CFIA states that the list of approved nurseries in Appendix 6 of Directive D-01-04 "Plant protection import and domestic movement requirements for barberry (Berberis, Mahoberberis and Mahonia spp.) under the Canadian Barberry Certification Program" has been revised.
