The Consumer Product Safety Commission has updated its list of meetings between CPSC and industry stakeholders that are open to the public, unless otherwise stated:

  • Gas-fired appliances. CPSC staff and the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) to discuss safety issues with gas-fired appliances; 12/15/10.
  • Motorcycles, ATVs. Chairman Tenenbaum and the American Motorcycle Association, MX Sports, Cobra Motorcycles, to discuss the current stay of enforcement of the lead provisions of the CPSIA as it related to motorcycles and ATVs; 12/09/10
  • Recreational off-highway vehicles. CPSC staff and the Recreational Off- Highway Vehicle Association (ROHVA) and ROHVA members to discuss ROHVA’s progress on development of dynamic test requirements for the voluntary standard; 12/15/10.
