  • U.S.-Japan AD zeroing dispute. The U.S. and Japan have jointly requested the Arbitrator to suspend his work in the dispute, "U.S. Measures Relating to Zeroing and Sunset Reviews" (DS322) in the context of informal discussions with respect to implementation.
  • DSB Dec 17 meeting agenda. The WTO Dispute Settlement Body has issued a proposed agenda for its December 17, 2010 meeting. Among other things, the DSB will discuss several U.S. AD zeroing disputes, the European Union biotech product dispute, and statements by Japan and the EU.
