  • Revisions to GPA. The WTO has circulated agreed revisions made to the Agreement on Government Procurement as of December 13, 2010. The Committee on Government Procurement notes that Article XXII of the revised Agreement (Final Provisions) still remains subject to discussion and that final adoption of the text is subject to a mutually satisfactory outcome to the related negotiations on the coverage of the Agreement.
  • 2007 HS changes. The General Counsel has temporarily suspended the application of the provisions of Article II of GATT 1994 for certain Members who have not yet implemented the Harmonized System 2007 changes into their schedule of tariff concessions. (The General Counsel took similar action in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.)
