WTO Posts Proposed Revisions to Government Procurement Agreement

The World Trade Organization has posted proposed revisions to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement, which was last updated in 2006. The Committee on Government Procurement notes that Article XXII of the revised Agreement (Final Provisions) still remains subject to discussion and that adoption of the final text is subject to a mutually satisfactory outcome to the related negotiations on the coverage of the Agreement.
