- Trade facilitation draft negotiating text. The WTO Negotiating Group on Trade Facilitation circulated a draft consolidated negotiating text. Among other things, the text addresses fees and charges connected with importation and exportation, release and clearance of goods, border agency cooperation, formalities connected with importation and exportation, special treatment for developing countries, advance rulings, etc.
