- Decorative bows. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal will hold a public hearing on January 27, 2011 on the correct classification of certain decorative bows for gift wrapping.
- Cotton T-shirts from U.S. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal will hold a public hearing on January 27, 2011 on whether certain 100% cotton T-shirts are entitled to preferential tariff treatment (at the U.S. tariff rate) under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
- Gerber yogurt melts. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal will hold a public hearing on February 2, 2011 regarding the correct classification of Gerber Graduates yogurt melts.
- AD/CV: certain China pipe. The Canada Border Services Agency announced that it will now complete its AD and CV duty re-investigation of certain Carbon Steel Welded Pipe from China on February 14, 2011.
