- Duty-free treatment of pharmaceuticals. Regulation regarding the provision of duty-free treatment for specified pharmaceutical active ingredients bearing an ‘international non-proprietary name’ from the World Health Organization and specified products used for the manufacture of finished pharmaceuticals.
- Tariff duties for industrial, ag, fishery products. Regulation concerning temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial, agricultural and fishery products.
- Wine labeling requirements. Regulation concerning labeling requirements for wines.
- Authorization procedures for medicinal products. Regulation laying down Community procedures for the authorization and supervision of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Medicines Agency, and on advanced therapy medicinal products.
