  • Raw material tariff elimination. Australia and the United Arab Emirates circulated draft modalities for the Negotiating Group on Market Access on proposed tariff elimination in the raw materials sector. The document describes the economic benefits of liberalizing raw material trade, proposed procedures and processes, etc.
  • Kyrgyz agricultural export restrictions. The Kyrgyz Republic issued a notification to WTO members on its October 2010 establishment of customs duties on the export of certain agricultural products due to a "critical shortage of agricultural products on the domestic market and the low level of income of the population."
