- U.S.-Vietnam shrimp "zeroing" dispute. The Chairman of the panel examining "U.S. - Antidumping Measures on Certain Shrimp from Vietnam" (DS404) notified WTO members that the panel only expects to issue its report in May 2011 due to scheduling difficulties.
