  • U.S.-Korea "zeroing" dispute - report issued. The panel that had examined a complaint by Korea regarding “U.S.' Use of Zeroing in Anti-Dumping Measures Involving Products from Korea” (DS402) issued its report.
  • U.S.-China wind measures dispute. The EU announced that it has asked to join the U.S. in consultations regarding "China - Measures Concerning Wind Power Equipment" (DS419) as it has a substantial trade interest in the dispute.
  • Agenda for Jan 25 DSB meeting. The WTO Secretariat has circulated a draft agenda for the January 25, 2011 meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body. Among other things, the agenda includes status reports on disputes involving U.S. antidumping measures on certain hot-rolled steel products from Japan, European Union measures on biotech products, and China measures on certain publications and entertainment products.
