  • REACH testing. EU REACH regulation requires the European Chemicals Agency to take account of scientifically valid information from third parties when preparing its decision on a testing proposal. In February 2011 ECHA will start to publish brief conclusions drawn from the information provided by third parties.
  • Recalls. The European Commission has issued its weekly list of measures to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of 20 products in the EU, including certain machinery clothing, motor vehicles, electrical appliances, lighting equipment, toys, etc.
