- Domestic Substances List. In the Canada Gazette, the Ministers of the Environment and Health issued a notice of Intent to amend the Domestic Substances List to apply the significant new activity provisions of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 to one Batch 10 substance. (here)
