- Trade in Goods Council meeting. During the January 31, 2011 meeting of the Council on Trade in Goods, the European Union discussed its trade preferences for Pakistan; the U.S. questioned Ecuador about its "mixed" tariffs; the EU expressed concern about Norway's customs procedures; and Cape Verde requested a one year waiver to fulfill its Customs Valuation Agreement obligations.
